Change Kindle Content Location on PC

THIS WORKED FOR ME

1. Open the Registry Editor by typing ‘regedit’ in the Run box.
2. In the Registry Edtor, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Amazon/Kindle/User Settings
3. Right-click on the CONTENT_PATH registry key and select ‘Modify’ from the drop-down menu.
4. In the popup under ‘Value data:’ enter the full path of your preferred location for Kindle content (e.g. D:\Documents\My Kindle Content) and hit ‘Ok.’
